Jeff Gish helped KLBJ-FM's Peggy Simmons celebrate her Sweet Sixteen Party in November 1997, to mark Peggy's sixteenth year on the air at KLBJ-FM. The party took place at Peggy's favorite hangout, Steamboat on Sixth Street in downtown Austin. The top rock bands in Austin lined up around the block outside Steamboat to perform at Peggy's Sweet Sixteen party.
